What do we consider an emergency?
When you have no heat in temperatures below 0, Or no A/C in temperatures over 27 Degrees. We do not typically do calls after hours or on weekends unless it is an emergency.

Our in-person Gas Line Quotes are $49+HST- which is credited back to you if we perform the work.
Gas line pricing depends heavily on factors that can only be assessed in person, like the route the line needs to take, the BTU demand of your appliance, existing pipe sizes, and local access challenges.
The $49 quote fee ensures our technicians can dedicate proper time to serious customers. If you choose to move forward with the installation, the $49 is fully credited toward your total.
We offer installation of gas lines

Pricing is split into two parts, as not all homes will end up benefiting from a full system seal.
Pricing Starts at $899 +HST for your initial inspection, which includes a whole home duct cleaning. While your system is sealed off and freshly clean, Our special computer will run a detailed report outlining the levels of leakage your duct system is experiencing.
If the report finds that Aeroseal would be a great solution to your leaks, we can proceed with the sealing process which starts at $1300+HST.
