INTRODUCING AEROSEAL DUCT SEALING – The most cost effective and important repair you can make to your home – REPAIR YOUR AIR!
AS SEEN ON: CNN, Popular Science, Money, Consumer Reports and the American Lung Association!
WHAT IS AEROSEAL?
SIMPLY PUT- AEROSEAL IS DUCT SEALING- FROM THE INSIDE!
Aeroseal duct sealing is safe and easy. In one short appointment you can experience a drastic reduction in ‘cold spots’, improve the balance of air and humidity, reduce dust and allergens, and enjoy a consistent temperature in every room of your home.
We use special equipment to connect to your existing HVAC system to check whether this service is right for you. If our report indicates that you have a leak that can be repaired by the sealant, we will discuss this with you and at your request we can proceed with the sealing.
The sealant is a water-based formula that is completely non-toxic. You’ll be able to watch with your technician to see your results throughout the sealing process as well as certificate of completion with a results comparison. Get the most out of your HVAC Systems by making sure the delivery system that carries your air is doing the most efficient job it can.
WHO NEEDS AEROSEAL DUCT SEALING?
These are some of the most common complaints we hear form people considering the Aeroseal Duct Sealing process. People with high-efficiency appliances not seeing the return they were promised, allergen overload and never ending dust. These are all things that potentially could be fixed by Aeroseal duct sealing- But how do you know? Well, we make it easy.
Every Aeroseal starts with a whole home duct cleaning so we can ensure your system is completely clean before we begin.
Once your system is clean and your ducts are sealed, we will perform a pressure test where we look for leakage in your system with special computer software that will measure the size of the leaks and the amount of energy and money you are likely losing as a result.
We will provide you an accurate report of your readings and then discuss with you whether your leaks are fixable by the sealant and whether we recommend completing the seal.
This first step is $899 + HST.
Of course, not all homes will end up needing AEROSEAL, and sometimes AEROSEAL will not be the most effective route for a homeowner to fix the amount of leakage a home is experiencing.
That’s why we have split the process up!
If the homeowner wants to complete the seal, based on the recommendations of our technicians and the readings report, while we are connected to the duct system, we will spray the AEROSEAL sealant to complete the seal. We will then give you a new readings report so you can see how much more efficient your home is following the procedure. The cost of the second phase depends on the size of your home and the amount of leakage being sealed.
This Second Step- Completing the seal starts at $1300 + HST
This cost includes one jug of sealant which is typically enough for most mid-sized homes.

In houses with forced air heating and cooling systems, ducts are used to distribute conditioned air throughout the house. But in typical houses about 25-30% of the air that moves through the duct system is lost due to leaks, holes and poorly connected ducts. The result is higher utility bills and difficulty keeping the house comfortable no matter how the thermostat is set.
