An ASHTON ADVANTAGE Maintenance Plan agreement includes:
- FREE Annual ‘Magic Maintenance’ Inspection & Cleaning appointments for the equipment covered by your plan, for the duration of your plan.
- VIP Priority Scheduling
- Reduced diagnostic service call fee of $89.00+ HST.
- 20% discount off the regular rate of any required parts for repair/service.
- 5% discount on all new equipment purchases from Ashton Heating & Cooling INC.
IMPORTANT: All plans must undergo a ‘MAGIC MAINTENANCE’ Inspection & Cleaning before your plan can become active. This inspection will ensure your appliance meets the minimum standards for a maintenance or protection plan. If repairs are required to bring your appliance up to standards, those will be charged separately. When enrolling in our plan, we waive our regular fee for a maintenance and cleaning of $149.99 and charge a discounted rate of $59.99. This fee is a one time fee, charged to you now that is separate from your monthly subscription rate. If you choose to not enroll in a plan once we have completed the Inspection & Cleaning and/or have made recommendations for repairs that you do not wish to complete rendering your appliance ineligible for coverage, you will be required to pay the full amount of $149.99 for your inspection & Cleaning. When you subscribe for a plan, we will automatically contact you to book your enrollment inspection.

Ashton Advantage Maintenance Plans include a 90-day diagnostic warranty for ‘Magic Maintenance’ Inspection & Cleanings. If the piece of equipment should fail within the 90-day period following the ‘Magic Maintenance’ Inspection & Cleaning, an Ashton Technician will return and diagnose the problem at no charge to the customer. Parts and Repairs are extra.
Return and Exchange Policy: Unused Items from our store may be returned to our shop within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. *Excluding Maintenance and Protection Plans.

Want a maintenance plan for your furnace and a protection plan for your air conditioner? No problem. Just create and add each subscription separately to your bag! Your monthly payments won’t begin until after your initial appliance inspection & cleaning is done.
