Duct cleaning is a critical step in keeping peak air quality in your home. During a duct cleaning, a technician will seal all of your vents and grills and vacuum all of the trapped dust, dirt, hair and allergens that may be hiding in your home’s duct system.
At your request while your system is sealed we can also use a disinfectant fog to remove any potentially trapped germs or bacteria. Duct cleaning doesn’t need to be performed annually or even every other year like some companies may tell you. It should be done every 3-6 years depending on things like how many pets you have, if you have issues with allergies from dust or indoor pet dander and if you’ve recently done home construction.
We highly suggest people consider adding dryer vent cleanings when they have their ductwork cleaned. House fires caused by blockages in your dryer vent are more common than most people think and can be easily avoided by being regularly cleaned. Always remember to clean the lint trap after every load too! It really does matter.
WHAT MAKES US STAND OUT
- We use a large truck mounted vacuum system to ensure the dust and debris is removed from the home into our truck. We seal all registers to ensured dust does not enter the home during cleaning.
- We use a large high pressure compressor with air and brush wands to ensure a thorough clean.
- We section off both the supply and return air duct work and clean each individually.
- A thorough duct cleaning should take approximately 2-3 hours depending on the size of home, number of registers etc.

We offer this for an extra $59+HST.
Antibacterial fogging is a non toxic solution we pump through your cut work when the system is sealed during a duct cleaning. This coats the ductwork and kills any potentially trapped bacteria or germs. Anyone who has had moisture issues in their ductwork or is looking to reduce germs and bacteria in their environment due to frequent colds or allergies may find this service beneficial. We offer this for an additional $79+HST.
